Berdien Boelens - Hof Ter Leeuwe
After graduation Veterinarian Berdien Boelens started working in the ambulatory cattle practice of veterinarian Jan Vanmeer. As the partner of vet Wim Degeneffe she soon became involved in the practice of K.I. Hof Ter Leeuwe during the peak times. Today she plays a very important role in the implementation of OPU and ICSI. During the ovum pick up sessions Berdien Boelens is responsible for handling the oocytes in the laboratory. Due to the many operations as cattle veterinarian, she also has the required skills to perform the surgical transplantation of matured oocytes.
